چکیده

The broad development of integrated heat and electricity systems (IHES) improved the energy utilization efficiency, but it also increased risk cascaded accidents difficulty operation. security region that defines permitted operation range is efficient for planning control IHESs, while accurate formulation boundary renders its applications. To address this problem, article first proposes a novel equivalent thermal model (ETM) to build direct connection between operations states variables in heating system. ETM directly characterizes network response inputs accurately describes dynamic process On basis, method construct IHES presented considering dynamics, where critical formulated with set hyperplanes. describe numerical simulations from different aspects verify effectiveness ETM. results indicate dynamics influence renewable penetration power system significantly.

A Water Mass Method and Its Application to Integrated Heat and Electricity Dispatch Considering Thermal Dynamics

Currently, most district heating networks are running in a heat-setting mode, limiting the adjustment of the electrical power of combined heat and power (CHP) units. By considering the electrical power system (EPS) and district heating system (DHS) together, the peak regulatory capability of CHP units can be improved and renewable energy accommodation can be promoted. In this paper, a tractable...

Transition in Iran’s Electricity Market Considering the Policies on Elimination of Electricity Subsidies: System Dynamics Application

Because of electricity subsidies, electricity price in Iran is much lower than its real value, and the growth of electricity demand is much more than its rational rate, which in turn implies ever increasing investment in the electricity section by the Government. Therefore, the recent Government policies are based on elimination of electricity subsidies, followed by commissioning complete elect...

Stochastic Security Constrained Transmission and Battery Expansion Planning In Integrated Gas-Electricity Systems Considering High Penetration of Renewable Resources..

In this study, a new model is proposed to solve the problem of transmission and battery expansion planning considering integrated electricity and gas systems. The presented model is a bi-level stochastic planning model, where transmission and battery expansion planning modeling is done on one level, and gas network modeling is done on the other level. Here, the impact of the high penetration of...

Integrated Combined Heat and Power System Dispatch Considering Electrical and Thermal Energy Storage

Wind power has achieved great development in Northern China, but abundant wind power is dissipated, rather than utilized, due to inflexible electricity production of combined heat and power (CHP) units. In this paper, an integrated CHP system consisting of CHP units, wind power plants, and condensing power plants is investigated to decouple the power and heat production on both the power supply...
